Individual therapy at Mindful Psychology and Wellness, LLC is geared towards individuals who may be struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictive behaviors, overwhelming life stressors, or a general sense that one is not able to get past certain internal “blocks” and feels a general sense of dissatisfaction.
Individual therapy aims to promote a greater sense of self-awareness and a renewed confidence that one is capable of making positive changes towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

David Manchel, Psy.D.
Dr. Manchel, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist who has been providing psychological treatment for over 25 years. His career has taken him to diverse settings, including both inpatient and partial day units of a psychiatric hospital, a maximum-security prison, a community mental health agency, outpatient mental health clinics, and nursing home/rehabilitation facilities.

Jeff Giolitti, M.A., L.P.C.
Jeff’s commitment to supporting both the social and emotional wellness of his clients is the goal of his practice. He feels strongly that the successful development of a unique and confidential relationship can provide lifelong benefits to people of any age. Jeff believes his genuine level of empathy and compassion will help clients whose thoughts, feelings and/or behavior is causing challenges for themselves or others.

Kelsie Silzell, LMSW
Kelsie Silzell is a licensed psychotherapist who provides therapy to children, teens, adults, and families. Kelsie’s diverse professional experiences include working in a center for grieving children & adults, a women’s homeless shelter, a community mental health center, as well as an outpatient therapy agency. Kelsie strives to provide a healing, non-judgemental, and person-centered experience of growth for her clients.
